Ethan ~ 9 Months Old

A Visit To The Doctor

Luke had his 3 year check up and Ethan had his 9 month. It was a good visit with no shots!

Luke weighed 32 pounds 6 ounces and measured 38 1/4 inches tall. Which puts him in the 50th percentile for weight and 75th percentile for height. 

Ethan weighed 18 pounds 7 ounces and measured 27 3/4 inches tall.  He is 25th percentile for weight and 50th percentile for height.

Our Anniversary

 On November 17th Greg & I celebrated our 5th wedding anniversary. 

The boys spent the night at Gramma & Papa Buse's and we had a nice dinner out. 

Little Farmer

 We were back home this weekend at Gramma & Papa Buse's and Greg got out his childhood farm set for Luke to play with. Luke was in heaven!! He absolutely loved it. I think Greg had a little fun playing with it too!

Visiting Aunt Michelle

 

Last week we visited my sister in North East Iowa. She is a k-5 art teacher at 3 different schools in the district.

We spent the day getting to see her art rooms. 

It was so fun to see all the creative projects she is doing with her students. 

Luke loved going to school and got to do lots of fun art projects with Aunt Michelle. 

Cousin Shelly Visits

Luke loved having Shelly (Greg's Cousin) stay with us last week. We sure enjoyed it too! :)

I was so excited to take Luke to Starbucks for his first Hot Cocoa. 

The tiny little cup it comes in is sooo cute! Luke must be a little like me cause he loved it too. 

He was thrilled about his Hot Cocoa and getting to be just like Mommy & Daddy. :o)

I don't know if Starbucks chocolate is extra potent or what but I think this might have to be a rare occasion. 

Luke was WIRED last night. Wow, I have never seen him so silly :o) but it was worth it.

Luke has been so sweet to Ethan lately, always wanting to hold him even though Ethan his huge on his lap. :o) 

The other day, I was holding Ethan and Luke came up to him and said, 

"I love you baby brother, you're such a sweet little boy!" It melted my heart.
