Ho Ho Ho! Merry Christmas!

I  had a checkup today (Baby's doing well) and we stopped at the mall quick for some last minute shopping. 

To my surprise Luke really wanted to sit on Santa's lap. 

He told Santa all about the tractor he wants for Christmas and said he's been a good boy. (In his own words ;o)) 

Santa was so kind and Luke opened right up! Luke left his lap saying "Ho Ho Ho, Merry Christmas!"

Luke's First IMAX Movie ~ The Polar Express

Ron & Joan visited this weekend and we went to the IMAX showing of " The Polar Express." 

Luke kept his glasses on and watched the whole movie in amazement!

Winter

 

Friday morning it was so beautiful outside. The snow was lightly falling and everything sparkled! 

This squirrel kept Luke & I quite entertained as it climbed around the tree and hung upside down.

 

Comfy

Luke grabbed Maggie's Dog Bed so he could be comfy while he was playing! :o)

12 Days of Christmas

Every year for Christmas, Secret Santa (a.k.a. Mom) 

sends each of us 12 gifts for the Twelve Days of Christmas. 

We have been setting our gifts out during the day and waiting for Daddy to get home to open them. 

Luke keeps saying, "Daddy's present, wait for Daddy!" Then we open them after supper.

It's been a really fun tradition!

Luke's Tree

We had so much fun putting Luke's tree up in his room tonight. 

He loved putting the ornaments on the tree. It was an awesome night! Everything was so cozy as we played in Luke's room, listened to christmas music and felt so grateful that Luke is still so little.
