first baseball game

We got to watch the Iowa Cubs play from the John Deere Box. 

We all had a lot of fun but Luke was in heaven, he is all about baseball right now. :) 

just relaxing

This was one of those first warm days of spring, the boys were so excited to have their shirts off. Later that day our whole family was in the hammock, now that would have been a picture. :)

We went to the second annual Kites on the Green. It was a perfect day for it, lots of wind! Ethan is an awesome Kite Flyer. :) Luke was busy kicking a soccer ball around. 

The Kids got to listen to a story read by Dan Odell from PBS. 

They were so excited to get their picture with him. 

i'm a little teapot

Adalyn was carrying around her favorite book and wanted to take it byebye with her. I thought she looked so cute I had to snap some photos.

Luke was a big helper,  he did a large portion of the porch wall. 

Ethan & Adalyn couldn't wait to get their hands on a brush and a roller!

Last year we sided the front of the house, this year we paint! 

Greg took the week off a couple of weeks ago and we (he) got a big chunk of the house done. Our goal was to not have it take up our summer like the siding project did but new projects start creeping in and it's so hard to want to paint.  

With a couple of good dry weekends and some scaffolding we should be done.
