A Wonderful Birthday

Greg got me some camera accessories for my birthday and one of them was a remote flash release. Luke had a blast with it and took most of the above photos! :o)

Greg took the day off of work and we celebrated my birthday by heading to our favorite state park in Mt. Vernon, visiting a local pumpkin patch and doing a little shopping in Cedar Rapids. It was a great day!

18 1/2 Weeks

 

I was asking Luke to touch the baby so he raised his shirt to touch his baby (a.k.a. his belly button :o)).

I am 18 1/2 weeks and we have our next doctors appointment a week from tomorrow.

We went to the Scenic Valley Railway in Boone today to spend "A Day With Thomas".

Sneak Peak

Luke is going to be a monkey for Halloween! He loves his costume and does not want to take it off. 

He has so much fun looking at himself in the mirror, chasing his tail and making monkey noises!
I am thrilled that he likes it.

Fantasy Football Draft

We had our online fantasy football draft the other night and Luke got to stay up late to participate. 

He thinks every football player he sees is Austin. ;o) So when the NFL players came on the screen he was saying "Austin!" and "Football!" and had to run and get his football.
