Pumpkin Patch

For my birthday a couple of weeks ago, the boys dressed me up like a princess and started my morning by teaching a ballet class for me. :)

With Starbucks in hand we drove to a pumpkin patch where the boys picked their own pumpkins, we've never done that before and it was really neat.

It was a day full of my favorites and I felt very loved.

Welcoming Raegan Rose

I had the honor of taking some newborn photos of our new little niece, Raegan Rose, who was born September 26th. It's hard to believe she is almost a month old already.

She is such a sweet little thing.

Meeting little baby Raegan for the first time.

All the kiddos love her to pieces but Ethan has a special place in his heart for little babies and talks about Raegan all the time. He was so excited to get to hold her. :)

Random Photo Shoot

We were waiting for Daddy to pick us so we could go get the boys at Gramma & Papa's.
Adalyn & I were sitting outside enjoying the beautiful weather, she was being so cute I had to get my camera out.

Enjoying The Beautiful Fall Weather

Ethan rode his bike on the trail one night, it was fun but a little more relaxing when he's in the stroller. :)

That's Luke,  he looks so small.

Waiting for Baby Raegan to enter this world. They were at the park with Daddy.
Baby Raegan update to come. :)

Lazy morning, the boys enjoyed their hot cocoa on the porch while Adalyn cuddled with me.

1 Year Well Check

Adalyn had her one year well baby check. I had to reschedule it during her nap time so she was extra sad when she got her shots and had to get her finger poked for her lead levels. But she was healthy and weighed 18 pounds 4 ounces (23rd percentile) and measured 29 inches tall (36th percentile.)

Adalyn's First Birthday Celebration

Little Miss Adalyn did not dig into her cake like I thought she would. I was shocked when she looked at it, even tasted it and was not all that interested. I think the texture threw her off.
So, no good cake smash photos to share. :)

The theme for Adalyn's party was pink tulle! Everywhere!

The invite to her party.

The birthday girl wasn't real happy for some of her party.
I guess she felt like it was her party and she could cry if she wanted to.

All our little ones got a special rocking chair from Gramma & Papa for their first birthday's,
made by a friend of the family. Adalyn loves hers!

Nana & Papa gave Adalyn her pretty pink dress and her first tea set.

Aunt Michelle came to help us celebrate with only a little over a week till Baby Girl joins us. It meant so much to me to have her make the trip so close to the end of her pregnancy.

Grammy & Grampy joined us too!

Uncle Scott, Aunt Jonna, Holden, Marshall and Miles came also. I didn't get a photo of Holden but I love the photo I did get of Marshall and Adalyn playing peek-a-boo together!

We also celebrated Greg's 30th!!

These photos were taken on the 12th, Adalyn's actual birthday.

She loves to cuddle the baby doll we got her.

We went for a walk that evening along the trail and stopped on one of the bridges along the way at
6:59 pm to celebrate Adalyn's time of birth. We sang her happy birthday and made wishes for her into the water far below! It was the best part of my day!

Celebrating Daddy's actual birthday.

We got to go out for supper and took a walk downtown.

It was fun to get to celebrate two special birthday's this year!
