painting the porch

Luke was a big helper,  he did a large portion of the porch wall. 

Ethan & Adalyn couldn't wait to get their hands on a brush and a roller!

Last year we sided the front of the house, this year we paint! 

Greg took the week off a couple of weeks ago and we (he) got a big chunk of the house done. Our goal was to not have it take up our summer like the siding project did but new projects start creeping in and it's so hard to want to paint.  

With a couple of good dry weekends and some scaffolding we should be done. 

Our News

In case you haven't heard, we are expecting a baby girl in September. We had our 20 week ultrasound this week. She's looking healthy and measuring right on track.  The ultrasound technician said she was all cuddled up in there.

We are very excited to be adding a little girl to our family!

in other news....

 After many months of searching we finally bought a house. We got all the paper work signed this afternoon and get possession sometime in June. Luke calls it our rainbow house because the day we looked at it there was a big rainbow right over the house as we drove up. 

The house needs quite a bit of updating but we are up for the challenge and excited to make it our own.
