Adalyn and I flew out to California for the weekend to see Greg while he was there on business.
When we got there we took the scenic route up to the Hollywood sign.
Getting there was half the fun.
The winding roads filled with old, beautiful, gated homes was really neat and a little scary to drive on.

We went to the beach in Malibu.
It was a chilly morning but we enjoyed sitting on the rocks and watching the surfers.

The gardens were beautiful. I thought it was so neat that they had umbrellas, so you could shield yourself from the sun while you relaxed in the grass.

We had a fun trip, but as always it's great to be home!
The guys spent the weekend with grandparents and had a blast. We missed them lots!
